Bookings

How do I book a retreat or program?

Find a program you like, click 'Book this retreat', fill in your personal details, and complete payment. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately with your booking reference. Your booking appears in your Wellness Passport within minutes.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. During the booking flow, you can enter the details of the person attending rather than your own. Please ensure the attending person's details are accurate, as providers will use them for check-in.

What happens after I book?

You'll receive an email confirmation with your booking reference. The provider will also receive a notification. Most providers will contact you within 24–48 hours with pre-arrival information. If you haven't heard from the provider within 3 days, please contact us.

How do I cancel a booking?

Go to your Wellness Passport, find the booking, and click 'Cancel'. The cancellation policy (set by the provider) will be displayed. Most programmes offer free cancellation up to 14 days before the start date.

Can I change the dates of my booking?

Date changes depend on the provider's policy. Contact the provider directly through the booking confirmation email. If they agree to a date change, let us know and we'll update your booking record.

Payments & refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and Apple Pay / Google Pay. All payments are processed securely. We never store your card details.

When am I charged?

Payment is taken at the time of booking. Some providers offer deposit options — if available, this will be shown in the booking flow.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are processed according to the provider's cancellation policy, which is shown before you confirm your booking. Once a cancellation is confirmed, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by our PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment partner. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. We never have access to your full card number.

Account & Wellness Passport

How do I reset my password?

On the login page, click 'Forgot password'. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. The link is valid for 1 hour.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at support@jooysutra.com with the subject 'Account deletion request'. We'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. Note that completed bookings may need to be retained for legal/financial reasons.

What is the Wellness Passport?

Your Wellness Passport is a personal record of your wellness journey — every retreat you've attended, your wellness score, achievements and countries visited. It's private by default but can be shared. It's inspired by the idea that your wellness journey deserves to be as cherished as your travel history.

How is my Wellness Score calculated?

Your Wellness Score grows with every program you complete (+50 points), review you leave (+10 points) and new country you visit (+25 points). The score tracks your engagement with the wellness world, not your 'health level' — everyone starts at zero.
