Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using JooySutra (“the Platform”), operated by JooySutra Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to update this information to keep it accurate.

4. Bookings

When you make a booking through JooySutra, you enter into a direct contract with the wellness provider. JooySutra acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to the contract between you and the provider.

Cancellation: Cancellation policies are set by individual providers and are displayed clearly before you confirm a booking. Most providers offer free cancellation up to 14 days before the programme start date. Please read the specific cancellation policy before booking.

Refunds: Refunds are processed according to the provider's cancellation policy. Platform service fees (where applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Provider responsibilities

Wellness providers listed on JooySutra are independent businesses. JooySutra does not employ, control or supervise providers. We verify providers before listing but cannot guarantee the quality of individual programmes. We encourage guests to read reviews and contact providers with questions before booking.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading or defamatory reviews
• Attempt to circumvent the platform to book directly with providers you discovered through JooySutra
• Use automated tools to scrape or copy platform content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise platform security

7. Reviews and content

You may post reviews of programmes you have completed. Reviews must be honest, based on your personal experience and comply with our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

8. Wellness Passport

Your Wellness Passport data belongs to you. You may export or delete your Passport data at any time by contacting us. If you delete your account, your Passport data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JooySutra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or your participation in any wellness programme booked through the Platform.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
